Initially ordered the whole range of their beef jerky 2 weeks ago. It was meant to be delivered by FedEx but they flagged the package as “unwanted”, (FedEx had responded to my complaint that the packaging had been damaged and the items inside were stolen) Reached out to Saffron Alley to resolve the issue; I can wholeheartedly say it was the most efficient and prompt resolution I have experienced I was liaising with Faiz who had set up a reorder of the items and sent to my preferred location asap Just received it few mins ago Honestly, exceptional service and professional Thank you

I was disappointed with my experience, especially as this was my Eid Qurbani. I had agreed for one-third of my Qurbani to be donated to charity, and I was happy to do so. However, the best parts of my Qurbani were chosen for charity, and I accepted that without complaint because I understood and supported the charitable purpose. What I did not expect was for the lamb’s liver to be missing as well, it’s like what they already took was not enough. When I contacted the company, I was informed that it had also been donated. I had expected to receive the liver and specifically needed it for personal health reasons (I have an immune system deficiency). Had I known in advance that it would not be included, I would have made a different decision. I believe customers should be clearly informed about exactly which parts of the Qurbani will be donated and which parts they will receive, so they can make an informed choice. Spending Eid away from my parents was already difficult, and this situation made the day even more disappointing. I’m not buying from this company ever again.

I spotted Saffronalley online. I was immediately struck by the passion for what they are doing. I purchased some lamb cawl and it was excellent. So I then gave the organic ( no antibiotics) leg of lamb cut into 40mm pieces. And again it was excellent. Taste and texture are superb. I also thought the price was fair and the delivery and packaging were also excellent.I would not hesitate to recommend Saffronalley , give them a try you will not be disappointed
