The price they mentioned on menu they charge extra without asking ur permission and once u asked y the amount is triple then they say ohh it’s because of the portion, so first of all they should ask size what you need, can’t do with their wish to charge you more…. also they’re selling chickpeas at the price of chicken, Wow… extremely unhappy……. Dear Irum, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience yesterday. We would like to clarify that our menu policy kindly asks that sides and starters are ordered alongside a main course. As two people were sharing a single portion of chickpeas and a drink, the order was served as a main portion to ensure you had a substantial meal. We do apologise, however, that this was not communicated to you clearly at the time. We were also happy to provide the requested ginger and onions as a complimentary addition to your meal. We value your custom and hope this clarifies the situation regarding the pricing. We would be pleased to welcome you back to enjoy the full experience we have to offer.
