I’ve ordered from here many times before, but unfortunately tonight’s order was really disappointing. The delivery took 55 minutes even though we only live about three minutes away from the takeaway. The chicken jalfrezi was very dry and had hardly any gravy, and the roti was hard. One of the curries was also packaged poorly and had spilled over everything (see photo). The lamb in the balti tasted off, which was concerning. The lamb staff curry was the best dish we ordered, although it wasn’t very spicy. The garlic and coriander rice was lovely, so it’s a shame the rest of the meal didn’t match the usual standard. Also, no mango chutney was included this time – we didn’t order it, but it’s usually provided with our orders. Overall, quite disappointing compared to our previous experiences. Food: 1 Service: 3

Another really tasty meal delivered quickly, hot and fresh from Saffron. Great choice of food, competitively priced to offer good value and with an easy online ordering system.
