I celebrated my 50th birthday at Café Saite and was just as thrilled as my 50 or so guests. There was room for a 7-piece live band, a great vegan and vegetarian organic buffet, where requests were even spontaneously catered for - for example, I sent an Italian recipe for an elaborate eggplant casserole the day before - and it was so good that everyone went for it swarmed and nothing was left. Everyone felt very comfortable in the string and outside by the fire bowl in the garden, which is magical even in winter. The range of drinks from organic juice for the kids to organic cava was also selected and very good. Only the individual billing of drinks - when everyone should pay for themselves after a certain hour - could be made more relaxed for both sides next time. So many thanks to the Saite team – and I’m already looking forward to the next festival. The party was a source of inspiration for some of my guests
