Incredible! Absolutely delicious sushi! Great price point and generous servings. Kind staff and nice chill vibe. Everything we had was amazing! It was the best sushi ever:) I am Japanese person from Tokyo and I have been to many sushi restaurants and fish markets but it was as yummy as the famous fish market It’s so fresh and Ootoro literally melts in your mouth I really liked the Ikura too it was so juicy and flavorful Also the pork belly was so good too:) it really goes well with the creamy mashed potatoes When I eat any kinds of sushi or foods, it makes me feel that I’m back in the fish market in Japan It makes me so happy:) Authentic and worth the money Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is criminally unknown in Hamilton. The food quality is top tier: bold, intense flavors, in an expertly balanced and a focused menu with something for everyone's taste. The late night menu is particularly a good value and includes possibly the best ramen I've ever had. If you want authentic Japanese food, you need to check Sakana out.
