Food was really nice and service was great!!! If you are looking for Indian cuisine and buffet food, this is a great place to visit. Falguni and their team/staff were very polite and provided great service! My mum, sister and I ate at Sakonis Wembley today and I really wanted to highlight the exceptional service we received from Sarvi Bhai. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly attentive, conscientious and genuinely thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our meal. He went above and beyond for us, particularly in helping my sister, who has a broken arm. It wasn’t just good service; you could see the genuine effort and care he put into making things easier for her and ensuring we had everything we needed without even having to ask. Sarvi Bhai is a real credit to the Sakonis team. Service like this makes such a difference to the overall experience and is exactly what makes customers want to return. I really hope his managers see this feedback because his professionalism, kindness and work ethic deserve to be recognised and rewarded. Thank you, Sarvi Bhai, for looking after us so well!
