Ordered spicy beef shin with jellyfish, far too salty when it should be and asked waiter do something about it , she says that’s the way it is ! Paid 20 pounds for the dish , not happy with it at all ! Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Same Happy was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel unwelcome with cold stares and judgemental attitudes, as if serving us was a burden. There was absolutely no customer service, no greeting, no basic courtesy, not even an attempt to engage or be polite. When we asked for an extra plate, it was handed over carelessly, with no regard or respect. To make matters worse, the staff were eating their own meals at the same tables as customers, showing a complete lack of professionalism and hygiene. The whole atmosphere was off, cold, unfriendly and honestly just bizarre. It felt like we were intruding rather than being served. This is not how any restaurant should treat paying guests. I would not recommend Same Happy to anyone. There are far better places to enjoy Chinese food without being made to feel like you are not wanted.
