Super fast wi-fi, friendly staff and tasty snacks. Don't be put out by the "God" connection. Religion wasn't an issue at all , although there are lots of leaflets around if you want to get involved. Good prices also; coffee, tea and two cakes came to less than a tenner. Definitely return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Today I visited around 2:00pm with my mum. We have visited before and generally found the environment welcoming. The food served was quite cold, but we did not complain. We simply left some of it. As we were leaving, I overheard a woman seated behind us describe us as “mucky” and “ungrateful” for not finishing our meals and for our private conversation. What was far more concerning was that staff members engaged with and agreed with her comments while we were still present. We had not caused any issue or made any complaint. To be judged and spoken about in that way, particularly with staff involvement, it felt humiliating and deeply inappropriate. In a setting that presents itself as a sanctuary, this behaviour was completely at odds with the values it promotes. The experience left both of us upset and disappointed..
