Lovely pub with decent grub and a friendly atmosphere. I went here when my family needed a night off the cooking and somewhere with a sunny beer garden. Price per person: £10–20 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Haven’t been to the Sandygate Inn for years and just decided to pop in there this evening for a meal. It was a wonderful experience. I should have asked the name of the lovely cheerful young lady who looked after us in the restaurant, because she was excellent. The food was delicious - after years of being nervous about ordering steak (I love it but struggle to have it cooked just as I like it), I thought I would take a chance as it was really sensibly priced. Well I couldn’t have asked for a more delicious plate of food! My steak was cooked perfectly - compliments to the chef. Delicious desserts followed and we left having eaten tasty, sensibly priced meals. Will definitely be returning. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Parking space: Plenty of parking
