I had a great experience at Sarchnar Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and perfectly cooked. The service was also excellent — staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Overall, a fantastic place that I would definitely recommend and will happily visit again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Recommended dishes: Tulip Tea Glasses, Free Salad and Dips

I wanted my family to have the same good experience I had during a previous visit to London when I was traveling from the USA but I was astonished with the amount of in fairness I was faced with since I didn’t know anyone from the restaurant staff or owner. I. My wife and son showed up at the restaurant and we stood in line just like any other decent place we have been to waiting to be seated because the restaurant was packed. Then, the unexpected happened. A party of three girls were allowed in front of us and we thought they had reservations although I know it is a first come first were location. We talked to the staff member and he said we have to wait 3 minutes. A few minutes later a table was free and we were getting ready to be called in when the same staff member called two young men that were standing behind us to the table that seats four. When we confronted the staff member inside the restaurant in front of the customers, he started muttering and said 3 minutes again and gave us an excuse that those customers showed up before us but they did not. The owner/ manager witnessed the whole scene but did not even try to intervene or even offer an apology so we just left and found another place since we wasted a whole hour just waiting to be entered and served but we were never did. A WORD OF ADVICE, IF YOU DO NOT KNOW ANYONE OVER THERE THEN DO NOT GO THERE TO BE HUMILIATED..
