I used to love satay bar until I went yesterday. It took around 45mins to a hour just to get a drink. The lamb cutlets were the best thing on the menu and they removed it. I tried something else and it just tasted microwaved with sauce on top. Since the old workers & manager left, it has surly gone down hill. Never going back again, sad because I did love it. #BringBackLambCutlets. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

I came for a friend's birthday on Sunday. Experienced a nice chilled vibe. We had a great time here. I had spring rolls and a green Thai curry lunch meal which came with a cocktail. The food was well portioned, flavoursome and we'll presented and the cocktail was strong. We tried each others drinks and food, everyone was happy. The service was just as good, the food came on time. All the staff were great, very warm and welcoming. The beautiful woman serving us was very helpful too. Would definitely recommend, even just for the cocktails. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really terrible experience in this place! We had to wait a while to get seated. Then we were shown to a dirty table. We found a cleaner one. Then we had to wait 15 minutes while seated, waiting for service. When someone finally came, a woman of Indian origin, we ordered. I asked for water for the table. I asked about 4 times throughout our time in the restaurant. It didn't arrive. Asked another staff member for water and was told she'd get it. Still no water! When the food arrived, the Thai Green Prawn Curry I ordered was half a portion. It was a bowl consisting of 5 small prawns and a tiny bowl of white rice. I asked the same woman of Indian origin where the rest of the food was? She smiled and said that's it, that's the portion size. I refused to eat it and asked her to take it back. I ended up only eating my prawn starters. I also left my cocktail, but my friend had that. Still no water by the way! I've eaten here before but I've never experienced such BAD SERVICE!! I would NEVER recommend this place and I won't be coming back here!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
