food is really nice and cooked fresh, hot chocolate and tea is lovely!!! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The server was absolutely rude. I simply asked if they do scrambled and I got snapped at. She kept interrupting my husband and I when we were ordering. She even started to take someone else's order when we were in the middle of saying our order. We had to repeat our orders multiple times. The order still came out wrong (asked for dry toast, it came buttered). The latte did not taste like anything other then hot milk was added. The food was passable, at best. The hot chocolate ordered was spilled all over the cup and tray in front of us. There was no attempt to clean it up and it was given to us as a mess. We've been here many times before. The food usually okay for a quick bite. The orders get mixed up on occasion. The staff has never been this rude before. She was so rude and the food isn't even no where near worth it, we will not be coming back. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The girls in the cafe are great always helpful. My problem is the girl who collects the plates she is rude an ro be honest really disgusting pushing past me and nearly knocking me over I asked her to apologise an she said no. It took the girls behind the counter to apologise which I don’t think they should.
