Very disappointing experience at this Sbarro. I asked the employee if they had any pasta without cheese, and she told me no. Because of that, I left and went to Manchu Wok. After deciding I didn’t want Chinese food, I came back to Sbarro and waited in line again. I asked the same employee whether the spaghetti had cheese, and she told me it did not. I don’t understand why she couldn’t have simply told me that the first time. I ordered the spaghetti for myself and the baked ziti for my son. My son wanted the cheese on the ziti, but only a small portion of the serving actually had cheese on it. The rest barely had any. I also picked up a bottle of Diet Coke but then asked if I could get a fountain drink instead. I was told that a bottle, a small fountain drink, and a large fountain drink were all the same price. The food quality was poor. The spaghetti was cold and honestly did not taste good at all. I asked if I could get bread with my pasta or purchase some separately and was told they didn’t have any. I ended up buying a slice of pizza for $9 just so I could remove the cheese and use the crust to dip into the marinara sauce. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, the information I was given was inconsistent, and the food quality was well below what I would expect from Sbarro. My son enjoyed his meal, but I certainly did not. I won’t be returning to this location. Price per person: CA$20–30

We're truly sorry for the experience from the inconsistent information you received about our menu, to the food quality and portion concerns, none of which reflect the standard we strive for. You deserved accurate answers from the start, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to have to ask twice and still not get the full picture. The cold food and cheese portioning on the baked ziti are also concerns we're taking seriously and sharing with our team. We appreciate your patience and your honest review, and while we're sorry to hear you won't be returning to this location, we hope you'll consider giving Sbarro another chance somewhere down the road.

Ok, not one for reviews. But this was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. It was old, it was cold, she put it on a plate with old black burnt bits everywhere. The girl at the register saw me walked to the back, I stood there waited then she walked past me looked at me continuing doing whatever without even saying hello. Finally helped me and went into the back again. Finally got my pizza and it was a cold old burnt piece of cardboard. Don’t recommend Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I asked how much the salad was and didn't get a response. When I ordered everything and was told the total i decided not to get the salad and was told she can't cancel items on orders. Her Co worker came up, giving me the dirtiest look they talked low and kept looking at me with the rudest looks on their face. They then decided to just cancel and start over as they glared at me and gave me a piece of pizza that they had barely warmed. My pizza was cold before I got to the table. I was in no way demanding or rude as I was raised by restaurant workers and owner, and have worked in numerous restaurant settings in my life. I know how hard it can be, especially a high traffic area like the airport. The fact that they can't adjust orders, don't listen when people ask questions, and are that rude to a simple request is bothersome. Had she just answered my question of how much the salad was we would not have been in that situation to begin with. Horrible customer service, which is a shame because the pizza even cold, is delicious. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
