Just stopped for evening drinks outside on a sunny summer evening. The waiting staff was very quick and efficient and kept asking what we needed. This was much appreciated. We had 2 Aperol Spritzes and they were good and at the right price considering the location. We were not rushed to leave and had a pleasant time watching the sea come in. After a week of wonderful vacation in Büsum, we reserved a table at Schnüsch at the end. We weren't disappointed! Very stylish ambience, large pictures literally put the restaurant's regional suppliers in the right light. The menu definitely deserves 5 stars. Each course stands alone, but the regional reference is always clear, always fresh and perfectly presented. The wine accompaniment is definitely recommended. The sommelier really did his best here and dared to do something. Despite the current Corona situation, which this company is also struggling with, it was an unforgettable evening. Thank you again for remembering my wife's birthday in such a friendly way and for the Chef de Cuisine personally bringing the sweet attention to our table. In any case, we wish you a lot of courage and perseverance during this difficult time. Because we want to come back!
