A fish shop with no fish cooked and ready to go at dinner time. Poor fryers leading to unbattering of food.

Hostile, arrogant and fake front of house staff and delivery drivers arguing with fryers in front of customers.

Disorganised and incompetent at serving customers in order and then making excuses when challenged as to why orders are taking too long, being told '5 mins' and it taking 15... Only received food already paid for by asking for it as it was pulled back when a complaint was made.
