Overall great stay especially if you want to visit the amusement park nearby. Rich breakfast and friendly service. The cabins are good just there're no plates or glasses even if the room fits 4-5 persons

When we arrived, a lady who was just about to cross the street spoke to us and asked if we wanted to check in (with suitcases and luggage), visibly annoyed that she couldn't go wherever she wanted to go. When we arrived at the reception with the lady, she said our pirate house hadn't been cleaned yet and that we should come back between 5 and 5:45 p.m. shortly before the evening buffet was served because she also had to do service. We took advantage of the time and went straight to the amusement park, even though we didn't have a chance to get away after 3 hours of driving. When we went back to reception at 5 p.m. there was no one there. We waited with 3 other families who couldn't check in for the same reason for over half an hour until someone came to the reception so that we could check in - mind you it was 33 degrees. To compensate for the long waiting time, the nice gentleman who happened to come by and was visibly surprised that the reception wasn't occupied promised us a cocktail on the house. Houses clean and nice location perfect for the amusement park also on the street which is pleasant to drive on since there are very few or no cars in the evening. Employees, apart from the older gentleman who helped us at the reception, can forget no empathy, no clean appearance, visibly annoyed and irritated by their work and especially by us paying guests. No laughter, no sympathy, so really the girls have the wrong job, they should learn how to deal with guests, sometimes it's about little things. Unfortunately, in the future I will choose another accommodation a little further away due to the service because I didn't feel welcome. Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Kid-friendly
