Spent a lovely friday evening at the glasshouse meeting some friends! Lovely comfortable atmosphere, yummy food and lovely staff (big thanks to Phoenix). Special shout out to the dirty martinis. We had a fab evening and will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The place was about at half capacity or maybe just a bit more. Many empty tables outside and inside. Stood at the entrance and had staff continuously passing us by seeing that we weren't sure if to grab a table or head to the desk inside. Finally some one noticed while on our way in. Asked if we had a booking.. we didn't(3 people). We were told that since we didn't have a booking "only coffees as the kitchen was backed up". Really poor experience for 3 new customers.

The food was superb, fluffy pancakes and a great brulle, lovely Asian slaw. Unfortunately the service was not as good. We didn't receive our drinks, but initially got charged for them. Sweets and main arrived at the same time although they did put the sweets in the fridge. The bill was wrong and even after correcting they still overcharged for the tip which was already at a very high rate. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20
