Leah is the sweetest lady there! She made me a great smoothie and was incredibly kind and friendly the whole time. You can really tell she cares about customers and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely made my day better. Great service, and that’s why I keep coming back to this location all the time! I've ordered the iced caramel corretto twice now, and both times it came without any of the toppings they advertise. The coffee itself is good, but if you're going to say something comes with whipped cream, and have a picture showing the coffee with whipped cream, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect whipped cream. ETA: There's no option to add it on Uber eats or a notes option for me to request it. And even if it is optional, why do you advertise everywhere that it is served with whipped cream AND have it in the pictures? Again, I feel like it's not unreasonable to assume I automatically get it without asking.

Hi Marlene, Whipped cream is optional at no charge, and you can always ask the staff for whipped cream when you place an order. They will be happy to add whipped cream to your drink.
