I recently visited Sen Asia restaurant and ordered the Pho Xao Tofu. The food was delicious and the combination of tofu, vegetables and noodles was a real treat. The only small problem was that the restaurant had no blinds and the sun was shining in, making it a bit warm inside. Nevertheless, I would happily recommend the restaurant because of the delicious food and friendly service. Vegetarian options: Pho Xao Tofu is a vegetarian dish popular in Vietnamese cuisine. It consists of fried tofu combined with a variety of fresh vegetables and fragrant herbs. The dish is often prepared with a base of thin rice noodles and refined with a delicious sauce. The tofu is tender and juicy, while the vegetables, which often include carrots, peppers and onions, add additional texture and flavor to the dish. The combination of flavors and careful preparation make Pho Xao Tofu a delicious choice for vegetarians and Asian cuisine lovers.
