Such a disrespectful boss thinks he's got it all always shouting at workers Infront of customers making them feel uncomfortable mate if it was me I wouldn't care about the money your paying you should man up have some respect and talk good to your staff you don't own them they work for you you think your too ahead of yourself if I was one of your workersbi guarantee you it wouldnt get this far id wake up to my sense if I was you and start treating them with a bit more respect. Four Turkish ladies, travelling back to Bath from Cardiff, decided to stop randomly at Sen BBQ — without knowing anything about it — and what an absolute gem we discovered! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest welcome, as if we were old friends. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, and the hospitality truly heartwarming. And the food... wow. Absolutely delicious! Everything was perfectly cooked — smoky, rich, and bursting with authentic flavour. You could tell it was a family-run business, with so much care and passion poured into every dish. We felt like we were back home in Turkey. This is hands down the best Turkish food we've had in the UK for a very long time. If you're ever near Cardiff — or even if you're not — make the trip to Sen BBQ. You won't regret it. Thank you.
