ordered pizzas at 8.15 on just eat and waited and waited I eventually rang them at 9.40 to ask where it was. The lad on the phone went to ask someone where it was. He came back after speaking to someone to say they cancelled the order! the delivery driver thought it may be icy! The roads at the time were ok. At the time of ordering it hadn’t started to snow. I asked them why they hadn’t contacted me sooner! Why wait an hour and a half and for me to chase it? They claimed at first it was out for delivery. I don’t believe it was. The young lad in the phone was lovely and very apologetic. The problem wasn’t anything he had done he was just the one who answered the phone. On another occasion a few years ago my order got cancelled as it was raining and the delivery man didn’t want to come out until it had stopped. Again i had to ring up asking where my order was. It’s a shame because the food is really lovely. I don’t think there is a better fast food establishment in the town food wise but customer service provided by the management (not the person who answered the phone) and delivery is dreadful. I believe they use their own delivery driver not a just eat one. Will never order again now and it’s a shame. Because all they had to do was be honest and phone my up and explain.
