How shocking… me and my 2 other friends arrived around 10pm, and were all sat in the beer garden with our drinks, as it was late in the evening it was getting cold out so I asked the lady behind the bar if they could switch on the outside heater, she then asked a colleague and an older lady with short hair (who I believe worked in the kitchen) came out and aggressively stated “are you mad? It’s boiling” with a right look on her face…. I thought she was joking at first so I just smiled and walked away, she then followed me outside and continued to be rude to me and my friends, later on another member of came out and apologised to us. :(. Service: 1
