I tried the chicken biryani, veg mix pakoda, and tea from Shahi Rasoi, and I was genuinely impressed. After trying food from more than 70 places across the GTA, I can confidently say this place is a hidden gem. The prices feel like they’re from 20 years ago, but there is absolutely no compromise on taste or quality. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and felt truly homemade. What made the experience even more special was the lady running the place. She reminded me of my mom—so warm, caring, and welcoming. The hospitality was amazing and gave me that genuine “maa ke haath ka khana” feeling that is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for delicious home-style food at very reasonable prices, I highly recommend giving Shahi Rasoi a try. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! Highly recommended.
