My apologies this was the response you got. I assure you the safety of all our customers is a priority for us and will ensure this is reiterated to the whole team. We regularly call taxis for our customers to ensure they get home safely. Having spoken to the team on duty they advised me the bar was not closing down at that point and was to be open a good 30 minutes after you left. They were also unaware you were waiting on taxis as you had come to us from another venue and we hadnt called taxis for you. Again, I will reiterate all customers safety needs are a priority and I hope you do feel you can come back and have a drink with us and let us show you how hospitable we really are.
