Food been recommended by my fried. Kebab was very good especially naan was amazing! However the chicken and potatoes was bit on overcooked and soggy —well-seasoned and tasty, yet still not good. And only cash payment was very inconvenient. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

Very unhygienic. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and while eating it I found a dragonfly baked into the pizza. I called Shaks but the manager didn’t seem to understand, so I went down to the shop. He was very slow (it felt like I was talking to a brick wall) and he couldn’t explain how there was a fly baked into my food. He offered to make another one but after seeing the hygiene of the staff and the takeaway, I refused. I won’t be going there again. I ended up going to Zara’s instead, which was much better. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
