I have been here twice now and the service has let it done massively. The food is average or just above average so no issue there but the service was very poor. I waited in line for 20 minutes on my first visit just to order. I would have walked out but as I was with a group of friends I stayed. During my second visit I wanted to see if bad service was a one off but boy was I in for a surprise. I actually counted from when i entered the shop to when they took my order. It was 25 minutes!!! no acknowledgement or anything of the customers in line during that time. Nothing. I am a pretty chill guy but honestly you couldn't give worse service if you tried. The guys working behind the counter need some basic training on customer service. While I was queuing up, several customers left after getting fed up of waiting. Very slow service! Owner needs to put some signage up to explain to customers where to pay and where to queue. it's a shame really as I really wanted to like this place, food was decent but like I said, I couldn't put myself through those wait times again.
