**Beware of this establishment.** I came here a few of weeks ago with family and ordered two chicken shawarma plates. We took one of the plates home and tried it, but noticed that the rice was unusually hard and tasted as though it was beginning to spoil. We did not eat the second plate at all because, after trying the first one, we no longer felt comfortable consuming the food. As someone with a background in public health, I took the concern seriously and called the establishment to explain what happened and request a refund for the two plates. I was met with hostility over the phone. I then came in person, hoping to speak with the owner or manager, have the situation properly addressed, and receive a refund. Instead, my sister and I were again treated disrespectfully. The worker in a higher position even implied that we would not have returned the food if this had been any other restaurant, and went as far as saying that we only thought the rice tasted spoiled because we may have COVID( which is extremely absurd). I found the entire experience extremely rude and dismissive. Customers should be able to raise concerns about the quality and safety of their food without being insulted or made to feel unreasonable for doing so. Based on both the food we received and how our concerns were handled, I would not recommend this establishment AT ALL!
