This restaurant is misleading customers. The offer said “Buy One, Get One,” but I only received one item. If you’re advertising a promotion, you should honor it. This was disappointing, and I can’t recommend this restaurant based on my experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Love this place. Have been ordering the BOGO Chicken Shawarma Sandwich through Uber Eats when I get the late night munchies and they always hit the spot. I always ask for no sauce with all the toppings bc the flavor is in the chicken. One tiny complaint with this place though is the inconsistency with the sandwich size, which I guess depends on who’s working. Regardless, I am incredibly grateful for Shawarma Istanbul for being there for me during my big back crash outs and hope you continue the BOGO deal forever. But please don’t skimp out on portions bc I get sad when you do. Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Recommended dishes: Chicken Shawarma Sandwich

Very thoughtful staff that greet each of the customers with joy to see them, and super encouraging that they're open till 3am on weekends. The hummus is bland, and the garlic sauce seems like it's purchased from a local grocery store. Definitely not made on location. The combination plates, the individual wrap & the baklava were perfectly made. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
