TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT COME HERE FOR GOOD SERVICE OR FOOD. Our visit to Sheesh Mayfair was genuinely unpleasant from start to finish. The server looking after our table was rude, dismissive, and showed no manners throughout the evening. We were rushed to order, yet when we finished eating and placed our cutlery together, our plates sat uncleared for 20 minutes, completely ignored. I had clearly stated on the reservation that it was my friend’s birthday. The restaurant didn’t acknowledge it, didn’t wish her a happy birthday, and didn’t bring a candle. I had to remind them again, and even then nothing was done, while three other tables celebrating birthdays were given special desserts without having to ask. Our table was neglected the entire night while a large group of men received constant attention. The food was inedible, tasteless, and had no flavour at all. For the prices they charge, it was an absolute waste of money. I ordered an alcoholic drink only to find there was no alcohol in it at all. When we requested a different drink less than a minute after ordering, the server was extremely reluctant and rude about it. The bathrooms are mixed gender, no where to take pictures. Overall, the customer service was zero. Unpleasant staff, terrible food, inconsistent treatment, and a complete lack of care. For a restaurant that markets itself as premium, the experience was anything but. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £60–70
