I had a very disappointing experience at this petrol station. The staff working at night were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of being polite and helpful, they spoke to customers with a bad attitude, which made me feel unwelcome. Customer service should be respectful at all times. I hope the management addresses this issue and improves the quality of service.

The attendant didn’t trust to take out the nicotine box for me to see the mg content. He did the same for my brother a few minutes earlier and wouldn’t let him look at the filters box. Trust would go a long way with your crowd. Now for the FUMI Freezy Mint extra strong I got. The nicotine pouches were drier than sand. They have totally lost their effectiveness so that was a complete waste of money for me. Maybe look at how you’re storing them or speak to your supplier because somethings going wrong there. Thanks

What an appauling site . A very rude aragent woman on the till sat on her all day wont help at all. Get your recipts and cheek it over charge and not adding points to shell app.
