For 1o years I have been putting fuel and washed my car there regularly using the automatic brushes. Last time I was there over 40 minutes and got a parking fine. I used the toilet, brushes and then vacuum my car , perfume.. I emailed the parking people and the best they can do is is reduce the fine to £20.00 Total disrespect, I sent evidence as I paid with my card each transaction. I cannot find any email for Shell management just a land-line. No respect for clients and clearly they have cameras and can tell that I did not parked there and leave the car there... I was there 50 minutes as I used the brushes and then had to use some wipes to get rid of birds mess that not got remove on the wash... 10 minutes extra as max time is 4o minutes=20 pounds
