All the staff that were working here on Monday the 11th of May, after about 5:30pm-11pm, were my absolute saviour. I had just bought a motorbike and unfortunately my battery packed in just as I pulled into the station as the alternator was dead. I was needing to ride all the way to Ashford and my phone was on 5% so as you can probably tell I was completely screwed. I went into the station and was greeted by 3 of the most friendly people I have ever met in a petrol station. They charged my phone for me for free and allowed me to stay in the station and chat with them until 11pm, a whole 5 and a half hours! The night shift guy was very nice also. The RAC came and picked up my bike very shortly after. Without their kindness, I would have had severe difficulty out there with a dead phone and bike battery and ~90 miles away from home. Thankyou so so much, I wanted to leave a review to thank the staff as they were so helpful and without all 4 of you on shift that afternoon/ night I would have been a beached whale.

The staff here go out of their way to help you. Was an hour away from home and the tyre pressure warning came on. A staff member not only showed us how to fill it but we didn’t have any change and the contactless payment wasn’t working and we were trying to find some cash. He went to his car and gave us a pound to get it running. I didn’t get him name but he looked a bit like a younger James May. Staff in the store also so lovely. Thank you so so much!!!

Brilliant, busy filling station and has parking space for 5 lorries. No parking charges. Takes Shell fuel cards.
