They’re not open 24 hours. They won’t let you enter at 11pm if you need general groceries. I needed bread at night and had to ask the worker what they do, as he wouldn’t allow me in. He had no idea what the bread brands were. Really poor service from cashiers too.

Hi, during off‑peak evening and night hours, most Shell sites are run by a single Customer Assistant. For safety reasons, a closed‑door policy is used, and customers are served only through the night pay window. This may limit the range of available products. We apologise for any inconvenience this essential safety measure may cause.

Petrol was at decent price but the new owners prices are very high. V-Power is over 15p/litre more compared to the other Shell station in Rochdale. I use to be a regular customer but not anymore.
