Lovely facilities— however I was on a phone call, on speaker, and when I got to pay the cashier, a man about 60s??, quickly urges us to go to the end till— rather snappily, which wouldn’t have been an issue, but as I’m paying he looks down at my phone and rolls his eyes, muttering “doing my head in” which is just plain rude, and then quickly urges us to leave. Great place, rude staff.

Not a bad petrol station at all. It was quite busy when we visited, but the staff kept things moving quickly and we were served fast without much waiting around. The service was efficient and everything seemed well organised despite the number of customers. The shop was well stocked with plenty of drinks, snacks, and essentials available, making it a convenient place to stop during a journey. The forecourt was tidy and easy to access, and overall the visit was straightforward and hassle free. No complaints from me. A solid petrol station with quick service and a good range of products. Would happily stop there again when travelling.

Please very careful when you going into this fuel station They will activate the pump for you to use even if the customer before you haven’t paid, I have never known a fuel station to ever do this? Totally check the fuel showing on your pump because if they(the cashiers) charge the wrong amount to you they will put it as a drive off and then put a debt collection agency onto you (Forecourt eye) They told me I done a drive off owing £14.79 And I have proven that they have made a mistake but they still chase you, No one at this garage or shell uk will address this mistake It’s disgusting how they can do this knowing I have proven them wrong It’s not the £14.79 it’s the principle! Fils pajero’s ltd I posted this true review on the 30/09/25 And today 01/10/25 they responded telling me if I wanted to discuss the experience to contact the agency who is now chasing me for the £14.79 +£70 charges who doesn’t want to listen, they are only interested in taking money off me even though you have advised them that the garage had made the mistake agreed they had done so SHAME ON YOU SHELL UK AND SHELL LITTLE WAITROSE, OKEHAMPTON FOR NOT OWNING UP TO YOUR MISTAKES AND CAUSING ME SO MUCH STRESS
