A very rude member of staff refused to authorise the pump this evening when I pulled up at about 9:15. The middle lane is quite narrow but I got as close as possible to the pump without touching the parked car next to me. I placed the nozzle into the filler but he refused to authorise it without any explanation. He made a rude hand gesture and he was then clearly seen talking to a customer about me. He then ignored me while I waited for the petrol to start so I went to Esso in cosham instead. Really really disappointed in this unprofessional behaviour from this cashier.
