Just ordered me and my partner a meal from shimla and its possibly the worst experience I've had in terns of costumer service aswell as the food .on arrival of the restaurant to pick up my order I could clearly see that the place had not been cleaned in weeks it was disgusting sticky surfaces everywhere and the carpet was a sea of filth but as I had already paid I still took the order, this was a big mistake .. the meat was clearly microwaved and the you would chip the floor if u dropped the petta , I'm feeling ill as I write this ...please avoid at all cost ...DISGUSTING

Orders mixed tandoori, received greasy mixed kebab instead, as some of the ingredients were unavailable. None of this communicated and order missing any of the accompaniments that should’ve been delivered. Poor food and service, won’t be back. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
