Great food at a reasonable price. Order and pay at the counter and collect a table number. Hot drinks were served almost immediately and food delivered very soon afterwards. We had all day breakfast and the avocado and poached eggs on sourdough which was all delicious. The price is now are a bit different from what has been reviewed so far Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Despite the wealth of good reviews for this place, we found it to be unfriendly and soulless. Everywhere we ate or drank in Ramsgate during our stay was welcoming and enjoyable. The staff here either don't like their jobs or their customers as we were met with a surly look and an abrupt instruction about ordering. This approach to customer service was delivered to all subsequent customers after us, so we didn't take it personally. The food took quite a while to be served, despite it not being overly busy, and the quality was average at best. We tried to offer a local small business our business but ended up going back to Wetherspoons where the food was significantly cheaper and better, and despite being a large chain, the customer service was excellent.
