Excellent restaurant! The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. We were also lucky enough to catch a sake show, which was a fantastic experience and made our evening even more memorable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent service! My experience at Sho Sushi Bar & Kitchen in Calgary was absolutely stellar! Located at 7212 Macleod Trail SE, this sushi haven delivered on every front. The atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, with a modern Japanese vibe that sets the perfect mood for a memorable meal. Our server, Sunil, was a standout—his warm, attentive service made us feel so welcome, and he even surprised us with a complimentary dessert to celebrate a special occasion! The food was phenomenal; the Rainbow Roll with mango was hands-down the best sushi roll I’ve ever had, bursting with fresh flavors. The tempura was perfectly crispy, and the Salmon & Tuna Tartar was a refreshing delight. I appreciated the variety of gluten-free and vegan options, catering to everyone in our group. Portions were just right, and the presentation was Instagram-worthy. The unique washroom experience, complete with heated seats and bidet functions, added a fun, authentic Japanese touch. Sho Sushi is a gem worth the visit.
