Have been using this Chinese for many years. Ordered a takeaway from the new owners and it wasn't a patch on what it was before. Won't be going back. Friends and family have said the same thing. Need to find another good Chinese takeaway.

NEW OWNERS, unfortunately.. and unfortunately I didn't know! I called to place an order as usual, but was surprised to hear a new voice and was informed by the short tempered lady that the owners had retired and they purchased the business and name, I thought cool and introduced myself and welcome to the community, absolute fail and was not received very well at all, I felt almost laughed at with the response of "Well, order please"! I asked a variety of questions and the answers given were; Are the same chefs cooking the food, being a family run business? Yes. Do you use the same oils and ingredients, has the food changed at all? No. Does the food come in foil trays? Yes. Have the prices changed? No. It turns out that this lady was pathologically lying directly to an existing clients, for many years. The food tastes completely different now, from the prawn crackers to the sauces and meats in each dish, totally different oils and varied changes in ingredients used, hmmm and i'm not being "distasteful" with my opinion. They use plastic trays now, how she thought I wouldn't notice such a minor detail when collecting or unpacking my order. Resulting in totally different chefs, family run business right?! We we're also charged nearly £10 more for our order, obviously I wouldn't notice the change to the exact same order I have place a thousand times, in fact I had been ordering food from the previous owners for over 25 years... Wouldn't notice a thing right?. Just another customer right? Wrong! this business will now fail the small community of Wolverton, please try being honest with your clients and community, what an utter joke this experience was.... honestly! Lastly the quality of food has seriously dropped, it's not very nice to eat. Sort out the black bean sauce, put some flavour into it for the next customer. Never going back :) Goooooood Luck!
