Food was clean and fresh. The employees were loud and yelling and laughing creating a raucous atmosphere. The music was too loud and twice a metal pan was dropped on the floor. Unacceptable atmosphere for dining! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

We had a fantastic experience at Simple Health Kitchen in Fitzrovia, and a big part of that was thanks to Lina. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to explain the menu and ingredients in detail, helping us make the right choices and making us feel completely comfortable. What really stood out was her kindness towards our baby. Lina went out of her way to make us feel at home, even offering a banana for our little one and showing a level of care and thoughtfulness that you rarely come across. It was one of those small gestures that made a big difference. Throughout our visit, she consistently went the extra mile with a smile, making sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Outstanding service, genuine hospitality, and a wonderful ambassador for the restaurant. Thank you, Lina, for making our visit so memorable, we’ll definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
