Absolutely perfect experience. Waitress is flawless, not interrupting, aware and ready even when getting busy, welcoming and homey. It’s so very nice in here. Peaceful, clean, fresh. The atmosphere is beautiful with the lighting and decorations and the furniture n everything it’s really great. And to top it off the food is fantasticccc not to mention how quickly they get it out to you, absolutely delicious. Sickening truly, so great, the seasoning, the portion size, and the price is very reasonable, i got 2 TsingTao beer bottles and the Spicy Noodles which were so good, well balanced with veggies and truly delicious, all for 41$, 23$ for the food itself, and the experience in here is truly so refreshing. Certainly will be coming back . Thank you Simply Thai for fitting perfectly into my day, I will go on to have as great if not greater of an evening than my morning (which was truly hard to beat). Tried the Basil Shrimp Fried Rice, Pad Thai, and Spring Rolls—everything was top-notch and delicious. Anyone who likes Thai food should not hesitate to try Simply Thai Cuisine. The service was fast, and the staff were professional. Would definitely come again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Deeply disappointed. We both had eaten here before and enjoyed it so Covid may have had something to do with the food that was tasteless and cold. But I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant where I had reserved one week in advance to make sure we could get a spot for lunch. Even though I had spoken to the server who stated that I could order a week ahead he forgot and did not put us in. However there were places available and as I am disabled I needed to have a certain type of chair which was available but he refused to let us sit there and just walked away. We were stuck in the middle of the room far from each other so talking was not easy. We had ask to get a menu and ask again just to get water. The food came very quickly which I believe was cold because it was yesterdays food and not even warmed up properly. We ate only to stave off hunger but left lots. We had to ask for the bill and as we left we saw that the other tables we had asked to set at had been filled with people even though there had been no reserved tags on them. We will never go back again.
