What a customer service ordering food, how can they be educated using derogatory language. This is unacceptable the behaviour is appalling there is no words in the dictionary that describes your awful behaviour. What you say is something that needs reporting. Do you understand why all customers give 1 star. These days you seem to forget that an influencer will be writing negative reviews one reason being you can say shut the business down. Using language and innuendos is totally unacceptable you then turned it around saying it was a joke. This is not a joke you have made me feel very vulnerable who do you think you are. Why don’t you go training ethics, equality, customer service as you and your food I placed in the trash. No one should be allowed to order food and listen to such filth. We rang to complain and we were placed on hold for 40 mins to be told the person who made the comments only to be told he has left and you cannot give his details. In a world where such sexual comments is unacceptable we would recommend anyone and everyone to boycott your establishment or better still why don’t you shut it down.
