My partner ordered us some food yesterday when visiting the area and the food that arrived was two completely different burgers to what we had ordered. We gave the restaurant a call and they tried to fob us off saying that they will give us free food next time we order but we aren’t local and wanted the correct food. They then wouldn’t deliver the correct food until they got an order in the area ?!? We wanted to give back the food received if a driver came with the correct food. After hours and no driver returning and multiple calls we essentially gave up. Won’t be ordering again due to the customer service received was pitiful at best Food: 1 Service: 1
