Sometimes the hardest dishes to get right are the ones that seemingly are the simplest. You need great ingredients and an experienced hand cooking them. Skipjacks nails it. The fish here is top notch. Fresh fresh fresh, and whether fried or grilled, perfectly cooked. The chips were crisp, light and in a good but not overwhelming portion. The starters were varied and ample. The calamari were the only thing that wasn't a winner. Can't recommend Skipjacks enough. An excellent example of fish and chips done right.
