Hi Ashley,We sincerely apologize for your experience and for the delay with your order. We were extremely busy at the time, and unfortunately some orders were running about 5–10 minutes behind. We understand how frustrating that is, especially when you're on your lunch break.Regarding your drink, it appears you were accidentally given a Dirty Soda instead of the strawberry milkshake you ordered. We've already gone ahead and refunded the cost of the milkshake, and we apologize for that mix-up.As for the garlic dip, unfortunately not all of our boxes include a dipping sauce, and there wasn't one listed on your order. We apologize for any confusion regarding that.We'd really appreciate the opportunity to make this right.
