My favorite fish and chip/ takeaway in Didcot. Located as the the last shop along Broadway up near the fire station. Really friendly serving team. Always a good conversation. Food is excellent. Really good portion sizes - chips are sometimes way too many. Fish, sausages, pies, saveloys all very nice. Price point is good. Yes it has got more expensive but I think those rises have been reasonable given energy, transportation and base ingredients increases Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section

Staff are nice. Chips are typical takeaway chips (greasy, soft, stuck together, not at all crunchy). However they are the best that's available in Dodcot. Large portions, hot, but get there early for the best chips. Staff are great with allergies, nice, helpful, friendly and accommodating. I will be going back when I next want a chippy. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section

Best chips in town. Portions are always a good size. Fish is always excellent as well. The curry sauce from Smarts is veey good with their chips. Wait time for takeaway is very quick. I've never had ti wait long for my order. Highly recommend this takeaway.
