I called on the 18th July to book a table for 7 people at 10:30 on the 26th July, it was all confirmed over the phone. Turned up and the deli wasn’t open. No call to let me know they were going to be closed. Put me in quite a tricky stressful situation for what should have been a nice birthday brunch! Finding breakfast for what ended up being 8 people on a Sunday morning in Cardiff is not the easiest. Google advises they’re open from 10-3 on a Sunday but this is obviously not the case. Really frustrating situation on the whole, I should have been informed but wasn’t. I would book elsewhere! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Oh Beth, I am so sorry to read this. We recently decided to close on Sundays for the summer. This should have updated on our website with our tech guy. Beautifully run local and family Run cafe what more can you possibly want than when you point to a sausage roll and ask what it is made out of the owner tells you that her daughter is her daughter's new recipe and tell you every ingredient in it it is an absolutely magical place to stop off however I will won the prices are not low which is probably right free real little luxury delicatessen cafe. Keep it up snails delicatessen I will be around the front of again
