Last weekend, I decided to visit Soda Café after hearing mixed reviews about the place. I went in hoping to have a relaxing meal and enjoy the café atmosphere, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I walked in. The café failed in almost every aspect, from cleanliness and service to food quality, making it one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. As soon as I entered Soda Café, I noticed how dirty the environment was. The floors were clearly not cleaned properly, as there were stains, sticky patches, and crumbs scattered everywhere. It made the café look neglected and unhygienic. The walls were no better; they had visible stains and marks that seemed to have been there for a long time. This gave the impression that regular maintenance was not a priority for the café. When I sat at a table, I was shocked to see layers of dust on the surface, showing that it had not been wiped down before customers arrived. Even worse, there were cobwebs in the corners of the café, which made the place feel abandoned rather than welcoming. The unpleasant smell inside the café made the situation even worse. There was a strong, bad odor that lingered in the air and made it difficult to enjoy being there. A café should smell clean and inviting, especially since food is being served, but instead the smell made me uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene standards. When the food arrived, my disappointment grew even more. The food was poorly prepared and clearly undercooked. The texture and appearance showed that it had not been cooked properly, which made it unsafe and unpleasant to eat. I had expected at least decent food, but this was far below acceptable standards. Because of this, I was unable to finish my meal. The service at Soda Café was just as bad as the cleanliness and food. The staff appeared untrained and unprofessional. They seemed confused about orders and did not know how to properly assist customers. When I raised concerns about the food, the staff did not respond appropriately and showed little understanding of customer service. There was no apology or attempt to fix the issue, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, my visit to Soda Café was extremely disappointing. The dirty environment, terrible smell, undercooked food, and untrained staff all contributed to a very negative experience. A café should be a place where customers feel comfortable, safe, and satisfied, but Soda Café failed to meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this café to anyone, and I hope that management takes serious steps to improve cleanliness, food quality, and staff training in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Soda Café Bellghy was without question the most shockingly disappointing, confusing, foul-tasting, poorly run, badly cleaned, chaotic, overpriced, unprofessional, disorganized, stressful, and downright baffling café experience I have ever endured, because from the moment I walked in and smelled a weird mixture of burnt syrup, stale mop water, and something that genuinely made me wonder if a fridge had died, to the second I finally escaped after being served a flat, lukewarm, syrupy drink that tasted like someone dissolved a crayon in warm tap water while three bored employees argued loudly about whose turn it was to actually make orders instead of scrolling their phones, I was met with dirty tables that hadn’t been wiped all day, sticky floors that grabbed at my shoes like spilled glue, a menu full of items that the staff either didn’t know how to make or claimed they “think we ran out of,” mismatched chairs that wobbled like they were held together by hopes and prayers, a soda machine that hissed sadly like it wanted to retire, pastries so stale they could probably chip teeth, ice that tasted like freezer burn, music blasting at a volume that felt like punishment, lights flickering like a horror movie basement, a cashier who sighed every time someone ordered something with more than two words in its name, and an atmosphere so uncomfortable and so carelessly thrown together that I honestly spent half the time wondering if the entire place was some kind of social experiment designed to see how long a person could stay before giving up, which I eventually did, swearing to myself that I would never return to Soda Café Bellghy and would warn every living person I could to avoid this strange, sticky, chaotic disaster of a café forever. Soda’s café provided food for my kids birthday party and it was excellent, portions a good size, prompt delivery, great value for money. They also made me a gluten free sandwich which was really good would definitely recommend their service
