I’m really disappointed with my experience at Sotiris Greek Restaurant. We ordered dinner online and selected the platter option, which cost around $40 each. Unfortunately, the portion sizes were nowhere near worth the price — very underwhelming for what we paid. The bigger issue was the service when we arrived for pickup. The website provided a set pickup time, but when we got there, the employee told us the food wasn’t ready because she had “just gotten off the phone” with us and claimed we changed our order. We never called, so this was completely inaccurate. When we tried to show our order confirmation and pickup time on our phone, she refused to even look at it. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, between the poor value and the unprofessional service, this was not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. Food: 3 Service: 1

Attended for a family birthday dinner for 4 at around 4:30pm. Not busy at all...perhaps 4 tables in a huge restaurant easily accommodating 75+. We were seated at a table we later found to be near the kitchen area opposite a half wall separating where the dirty dishes depository was located and enjoyed the very loud sound of dishes and cutlery crashing during our stay.
Ordered 2 (two person/portion) platters plus more to start. Within minutes a food order that wasn't ours arrived by a different server who insisted it was for us and walked away...only to return a minute or so later to take it back acknowledging her mistake. Not sure if that other table would be pleased to know their food sat with some strangers for a short while. But, I digress....
When our order arrived, the food was of average taste, but below average in quality. All of the meat items were over-done, dry, and warm at best. The souvlaki was so dry it had to be removed from the wood skewer by hand (without any heat transfer to the fingers) as there was no way to remove them with any cutlery utensils. But at least the battered fried shrimp were tasty and tender!
Suffice to say it was a terrible meal that had obviously been pre-cooked and re-heated. Certainly not of the standards claimed in their website. Service was unacceptable...we couldn’t even get a water re-fill.
Normally, this would have been addressed with management at the time, but the family just wanted to leave without a fuss. No extras, desert or birthday cake.
All-in-all, an underwhelming meal and service for $175+ (the server received 15% despite it all) and not to mention that someone's 87th birthday celebration was a flop.
Reached-out to the restaurant for their review and comments..... crickets.
So here I am writing a negative review. Seems a shame after all the effects that COVID has had on this industry...the good ones seem to close-up and places like this leave a bad taste for everyone.
Extremely disappointing. Won't be back...and neither should you if you like good food and expect a decent dining experience.

Don’t know and follow government regulations as to COVID 19 During my husband’s Birthday celebration on March 20th . At 9pm the waitress took away almost full bottle of wine and full glasses of wine suggestions that it was a Publick Health regulation . I checked with the public health on March 22nd and received a response that 9 pm is the last call and the alcohol should be consumed by 10pm . I contacted the manager of the place and never even got an apology for being “robbed “Be careful out there, know your rights!!!
