Southside Restaurant is my absolute favorite! Their chicken on kaiser with onion rings is a flavor explosion that keeps me coming back for more. But wait, there's more – their chicken poutine is a divine indulgence, with tender chicken, rich gravy, and gooey cheese on crispy fries. The consistent excellence in taste and friendly staff make Southside a top choice for any food lover. Highly recommend perfect chicken delights! Shitty service, I order 8 dollar BLT ‘s at your restaurant all the time (you know who I am now)! I always give your waitress $15 , (on a takeout order!) and tell her to keep the change. I’m a disabled veteran living on a pension. I ALWAYS tip well cause I sympathize with servers. BUT NOT YOURS. 3 out of last 4 times I’ve tipped her $7 on a takeout order. I ALWAYS am courteous and say please and thank you (This used to be known as common courtesy). The last 3 times in a row, she couldn’t be bothered to say thank you. Now, I’m stuck, cause if I say anything to her and not give her an 80% tip anymore she’s going to spit in my food. Common courtesy is not a thing amongst younger people these days. This waitresses complete lack of common courtesy has cost you my business permanently. By the way, I frequently buy these sandwiches at your restaurant because due to my poor health and nasty meds I have to take from a spinal cord injury while I was a prison guard, I have a real hard time eating. So thanks for the poor service!
